This 4800 square foot Smoky Mountain cabin rental has it all!  Located in Smoky Mountain Ridge Resort, this cabin sleeps up to 24 guests with 6 Bedrooms each with private full bathroom plus 2 half baths, has a 12 feet x 20 feet Private Indoor Heated Pool, Theater with 75" TV, Hot Tub, Game Room with NEW pool table and Smart TV's throughout with high speed Internet!  It boasts beautiful mountain views from all 3 decks.  You may not ever want to leave but if you do-you are located just 4 miles from all the entertainment of Pigeon Forge and will have a back entrance to Smoky Mountain National Forest.  Only 15 miles to downtown Gatlinburg!  No steep or scary roads to this cabin!  Nice paved roads lead from the main state route into the resort.  Parking for up to 6 cars-depending on size-included.

-4 King bedrooms with en suite private bathrooms.  Located on 3rd level of cabin.

-2 Bedrooms each with 2 sets of Full over Full bunks.  Each with en suite private bathroom.  Located on 2nd level of cabin.

Other things to note:

Winter: This is a mountain community. Winter bookings are strongly encouraged to have a 4WD/AWD, or tire chains and travel insurance. If bad weather affects your travel plans you will be referred to your travel insurance for refunds.

You will get an email from me asking you to sign a Renters Agreement. This is legit and is required to be signed prior to arrival.

$100/night per person over stated max (24) occupancy

There is an exterior audio/video camera located at the front entrance facing the driveway. There are NO cameras inside the cabin. Please don't touch or tamper with the camera or you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The cabin is in the woods, so you may see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay - do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous.

Please supervise children under the age of 18 at pool and hot tub. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub and pool AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation is made.  We strongly recommend buying Travel Insurance.

Starter bar soaps, dish soap and sponge, paper towels, and starter garbage bags are provided.  If your stay is more than a few days, you will need to buy additional. 

We do provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 pods for the dishwasher, 2 washing machine pods.

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $500 and you will likely be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires.  No Smoking in the cabin or in hot tub.  No grilling on the decks.

Please do not unplug TVs, internet routers, or cable boxes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
